- We DO NOT offer Primaries (nor do we know anyone that ACTUALLY CAN)

- We WILL NEED COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO PROCESS ANY ORDER:

​Recent 3-bureau Credit Report (Credit Karma will suffice for 2 out 3 bureaus) - WE RECOMMEND HAVING YOUR CLIENT SETUP AN ACCOUNT WITH Experian.comÂ
- Proof of address - (Recent Utility or Phone bill, bank statement, piece of mail, etc., showing current address)Â

​IF WE FIND ANY OF THE SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS TO BE FRAUDULENT YOUR PROFILE WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

- Some lines may require the merging of address information to sync to a client's reports, this is a process we will complete if necessary, which may result in the generation of an inquiry on your client's reports.

​Any issue with reporting must be verified by the submission of an updated 3- bureau report.

​If a line does not report we will need to initiate resolution practices (i.e. soft pull address sync, requiring the utilization of a Experian.com account, or a hard pull address sync. SHOULD YOU NOT INITIATE RESOLUTION PRACTICES YOU WILL BE IN VIOLATION OF AGREEMENTS.

​​In the event of mis-reporting and a line only reports to 1 of 3, or 0 of 3, bureaus we will offer to render services on alternative lines, or a refund.
 Certain elements can prevent a line from reporting to a client file. It is your responsibility to have any of these elements removed. Should any of these elements lead to mis-reporting services will be deemed rendered. It is the responsibility of the client to address any of these items:

 We reserve the right to alter a line selectionÂ
- ​​If we learn of an issue that has developed with a line we will move your client to a line that contains similar parameters (i.e. mis-reporting, recently closed)

​​If lines exceed the age of the client's SSN we will adjust accordinglyÂ
